NOVO Properties is a multifamily owner, developer, asset, and property management organization headquartered on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. NOVO currently manages a portfolio of approximately 2,000 apartment units and has developed in excess of $500M in commercial real estate assets.I also serve as Managing Partner at Helios Capital Management, a private real estate investment firm based in Bethesda, MD. Helios Capital Management provides real estate fund investment and management services to private capital investors in the Washington, Metropolitan Area.In addition to my in-depth real estate expertise, I was previously a mayoral appointee, serving on the DC Zoning Commission where I reviewed and approved large-scale developments, PUD’s, Campus Plans, and Master Planned developments.
