I started working at White Eagle Homes when I was an owner of a small painting business, but when I decided that it was time to move on from painting, I was hired at WEH full time. I spent about two years out in the field, where I performed all kinds of duties. Some of them involved carpentry like framing in basements, prepping and framing driveways and stairs for concrete pads and piles. I also drove a company dump truck and helped in excavating. I worked very hard and eventually I was promoted to the front office and then to sales department. Sales was something that I really enjoyed doing. I liked talking to potential clients and since I new first hand that our homes were really great, I found selling them really easy. Of course working for an award winning company with proud owners helped a lot.
