A former partner and executive vice president at Dworsky Associates and Nadel Architects for 38 years, Greg Serrao offers consulting architectural management, peer review and legal support services for public and private sector clients.Greg has 48 years of experience as an architect and project director on major institutional projects throughout the United States, with completed projects in excess of $750 million in construction cost. He was director of Nadel Architects public sector division for 22 years, a group which he created in 1993. Greg has completed projects for numerous public sector clients including, Los Angeles Unified School District, County of Los Angeles, State of California, and the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority. Some of Greg’s private sector clients include projects completed for Forest City Development, McGuire Thomas Partners and The California Institute of Technology (CalTech).Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 1973 Greg worked in New York City for several distinguished architectural firms including, Marcel Breuer and Associates, Conklin and Rossant Architects and Planners, and the William A. Hall Partnership.Greg was nominated for a fellowship by the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 2011. He is presently chairman of the Crestwood Hills Architectural Committee, a 350 home mid- century modern community in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles. Greg provides architectural consulting services, in association with TSArchitects, Inc. of Los Angeles, to public and private sector clients.As project director and division director Greg led the marketing effort, fee negotiation, design, production and construction administration of the following selected projects.
