- Formulated and managed $1.3M annual budget for Military Family Housing office and two divisions within the 775th Civil Engineering Squadron. Management of three accounts was normally handled by two analysts at the next higher paygrade, but I was able to effectively manage these three accounts at my level.- Analyzed cost, funds, operations and other pertinent data to determine goals for cost targeting, program development, and formulation of budget estimates.- I regularly met with division leadership and department managers to discuss equipment and technology needs for acquisition and budget execution. As purchasing agent, I regularly researched and processed purchase orders for my assigned accounts.- Hand-picked by the Base Comptroller to conduct a study of overtime variances within the Civil Engineering Group. The results of the study and accompanying report were presented to base leadership for improvements to the program.- Coordinated 200+ minor construction purchase requests annually.- Initiated timely review of travel orders and vouchers for 420 civilian and active duty members- Appointed to the base commander’s Tiger Team to reduce redundant logistics and acquisition computer systems across the base and the Air Force as a whole.

- Lead technician and manager; supervised up to 10 pharmacy military/civilian technicians and pharmacy students.- Researched and acquired $500,000 state of the art dispensing equipment. I personally oversaw and coordinated the project from acquisition through to onsite installation. I also simultaneously led a team that designed and coordinated a $400,000 pharmacy remodeling project that reduced processing time by 30 percent with no disruption to operations.
