Complete operational and financial responsibility for nine-physician private orthopedic practice. Report to board of physician partners.

Manage 60+ physicians along with office managers and support staff in multi-disciplinary practices across 15 locations. Areas of specialty include surgery, urgent care, primary care, hospitalists, ob-gyn and pediatrics.

Practice director for the departments of surgery, orthopedics and neurosurgery. Administered $22 million budget and directed operations for three practice groups, employing 25 surgeons, 10 NP/PAs, and 100 support staff. Directed marketing, business development, and clinical operations. Analyzed financial statements and reports, and developed and managed budget. Left position after being recruited by Infirmary Health System.

Complete responsibility for multi-site, multi-specialty clinic operations with 40+ providers and 200+ employees. Over several years, opened twelve clinic sites and successfully lead acquisition of numerous physician groups including neurology, pulmonology, family practice and rheumatology. Created “SRHS Clinics” brand and “group practice” culture. Developed infrastructure from the “ground-up” including full implementation of EMR, call center, referral center, balanced scorecard/metrics system, incentive plan and quality measures. Lead project to build $21 million medical office building.
