I have been involved in the development and launch of a new beer brands the commissioning of a highly automated brewhouse and cellar turnkey project capable of producing 15million litres annually.During my time with CASELLA WINES the winery expanded from a 20,000 tonne site into an 180,000 tonne vintage crush. As a winemaker I blended and maintained supply of wine to a high volume schedule producing approximately one million cases (9L) a month. Implemented new and improved on existing systems for processing, planning and information capture. Between 2008 and 2011 I managed a 1.5million litre barrel program including selecting and purchasing oak and selection of fruit from premium viticultural regions. I have been actively involved in the development of new liquids for wine, beer and cider and the renovation of existing products.
