- Primary responsibility for customer accounts in Locomotive, Marine, Power Generation, and On-Highway Truck industries.- Coordination of internal resources within Supply Chain, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance groups to solve complex customer challenges.

- Bearing System development partner with customers in multiple industries.- Technical support activities included mechanical and hydrodynamic bearing calculations, bearing design, and model/drawing creation.- Extensive travel to customer sites to support account management. - Creation of technical reports together with metallographic laboratory.- Key contact point for APQP/NCI/PPAP process together with customer and internal quality department.- Overseas assignment in Austria from May 2007 – March 2008. Designed and performed testing together with Technical University in Graz, Austria.
