I'm a motivated IT professional that has worked hard to continue to better myself and the systems that I work with every day. I started my IT career in a helpdesk and I've worked my way through several positions such as Field Services Technician, Workstation/Server Technician, and now System Administrator. In my current role I manage all aspects of IT including servers, network, and even phones. I am experienced with Windows Servers, VMware vSphere, Mitel phone systems, Citrix, Cisco ASA firewalls, HP Network switches and wireless, Microsoft Exchange, and multiple security products such as Symantec Endpoint Protection and Sophos Endpoint Protection. I love the everyday challenges that working in the IT Industry brings as well as learning new technologies and bringing new systems online and/or upgrading them.
