My role as Regional Head Chef is to support multiple sites, providing the highest possible standard of food and documentation, ensuring all company procedures are followed and residents’ needs are met. I help sites to regain and maintain their 5-star food hygiene ratings and carry out pre EHO inspections for sites anticipating an inspection and deliver support and Staff training where needed.

My role was to help and support multiple care homes throughout Kent and Sussex, ensuring documentation, menus, staff training and food were up to the highest company standard.
