-After Neogen merged with the 3M Food Safety Division, I led multiple cross-functional project teams. -Leveraged a diverse skill set to lead technical development and implementation efforts for multiple projects with both chemistry and hardware components.-Solved critical problems to optically calibrating portable ATP luminometers, and deployed the procedures to manufacturing and service centers. -The results of my efforts in this role led to the creation of a financially relevant food pathogen diagnostic business, and a core reason for a $2.4 billion spin-off and merger with a then competitor.-Invented a unique, colloidal sample-clean up technology for molecular diagnostics.-Led the development implementation of this technology across NPI processes in a healthcare business as well as the deployment to manufacturing.- Collaborated with Regulatory teams to third-party validate this technology across multiple assays and regional approval bodies.

-A critical contributor who used my interdisciplinary skills to develop both hardware, consumables, and chemistry of a molecular diagnostic test.
