The intersection of “Big Data” and competition law, and recent platform regulation initiatives aimed at online consumer services and enterprise clouds in Europe and elsewhere, are a current focus. I also advise Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence & Research Group on competition law and policy affecting Microsoft’s AI and intelligent platform cloud initiatives.
