Current- Develop the eHealth Aboriginal Employment Strategy
- Develop and delivered innovative programs and initiatives to support the employment strategy.
- Lead the design, establishment, implementation, evaluation and refinement of strategic and operational frameworks, policies, advice, and initiatives to support the attraction, retention and development of employees.
- Build the engagement and performance of the workforce to meet current and future business needs for employment.
- Manage and led the end-to-end lifecycle of programs and projects that underpinned organisational effectiveness and employment outcomes.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with both internal and external customers and networks to facilitate engagement and participation, ensuring the successful, timely and long-term success of programs.
