We can finish our doors in a vast array of new and reclaimed wood veneers.Our "Premium Grade" doors, our most expensive and highest quality, have a Joubert Aludoor LVL core. Joubert Aludoor is a combination of Okoume and aluminum sheets. It is a technical panel specially designed for making doors. It is very resistant, does not bend, does not distort and is excellent choice for exterior doors. Our "Custom Grade" has a very strong LVL internal structure and a stiff polypropylene honeycomb core and LVL plywood sandwich. This core has a high strength-to-weight ratio, is sound and vibration dampening, and resistant to corrosion, fungi, rot, and moisture. Our "Specialty Grade" doors have a very strong and stable Magnesium Oxide (MgO) core. These doors offer fire resistance and are an excellent choice for mechanical rooms and garages. We love working with our door hardware partners: Franz Schneider Brakel (FSB), Rocky Mountain Hardware, JNF Architectural Hardware and Frank Allart. We also offer Simonswerk Tectus concealed hinges. Headquartered in Montana and Production Facilities in Poland​Our headquarters is in Big Sky, Montana and our production hall is in Lubiszynek Drugi, Poland, a small village 20 miles east of Gdansk, where woodworking is generational.We ship our doors worldwide from the nearby port of Gdansk, Poland, a major international shipping center.
