Manage software development for DCGS-A HUMINT product for US Army. Managed CHARCS HUMINT product for US Army, from early development through fielded versions. Co-managed product for the United States Special Operations Command. Supervise and mentor software engineering teams of up to 20 direct reports and subcontractors. Work closely with Requirements Managers, Test Department, Documentation, and Training. Designed and implemented solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, Java, Webservices, XML, and XSLT.
