The team had 35 staff, and a $3.5M operating budget, and supports sales managers to negotiate commercially-viable contracts, ensuring they are correctly set up and monitored for expected return. During my 12 month leadership I reduced the operating cost by 20% and increased staff engagement from 45% to 70%. -
