Reporting to the CFO, I led the Finance Transformation Program for the Australian Beverages Division over 3 phases of change. • Led the creation of a new vision and strategy for the Finance business• Led the design of a new Operating Model to create a best-in-class service function while becoming more lean and agile. • Delivered a portfolio of process and technology projects that delivered in excess of $16M per annum of savings.• Introduced a cross-functional, Executive-led governance committee over the Transformation program, including a strong focus on people change management, guiding the 400+ Finance staff through multiple waves of change.• Introduced and delivered a best-in-class, new-generation reporting and analytics capability for Finance and Sales, using Microsoft and Tableau solutions• Establishing a process-centric Continuous Improvement program - Business Excellence in Finance, focused on team level ownership of KPIs and goals and daily routines.

Head of Finance – Customer Agreements (dual role) (Sep 2017 – Sept 2018)• While leading the Transformation, I also led the newly-created Customer Agreement Centre of Expertise, responsible for managing the end-to-end process for $500M of customer contracts. The team had 35 staff, and a $3.5M operating budget, and supports sales managers to negotiate commercially-viable contracts, ensuring they are correctly set up and monitored for expected return. During my 12 month leadership I reduced the operating cost by 20% and increased staff engagement from 45% to 70%.

While remaining BRM for Finance, I also lead the program to replace legacy reporting and planning systems. We migrated the data warehouse from SAP BW to a MS SQL EDW and introduced Tableau for Visualisation.I set the strategic vision for self service analytics, obtaining acceptance and approval from all FDs. I then headed up the program for implementing the first phases of delivery of the EDW and the first Tableau suite of visual reports.

As a member of the GWFIS Leadership Team, I have overall accountability to manage the portfolio of technology-enabled solutions for the GWF divisions. This portfolio management includes setting divisional technology strategy, prioritising capability-building investments (ideas, concepts, projects and changes). It also involves monitoring the delivery of these, as well as report on overall IS service delivery for the divisions. As the key point of contact for the Divisional Leadership Teams, I am responsible for managing the relationship between GWFIS and the GWF business divisions and facilitate technology related discussions between the GWFIS architecture and technology experts and the business ensuring that strategic roadmaps are developed.
