Responsible for managing the programme and performance on MWH’s AMP5/6 waste and water Non-Infra STW Framework (circa £50m/annum).• Member of the STW/MWH Framework Management Team driving framework strategy and programme delivery. Delivered MWH Framework Improvement Plan ready for the AMP6 challenge.• Formed a team and developed multi-organisational Programme Management Office including an integrated resource plan, programme and project dashboards and programme risk reporting and escalation process. ‘Seen a massive improvement over the last 12 months’ STW Programme Manager.• Member of the AMP6 Strategic Programme Team recommending the strategy for optimising the £1billion waste & water capital programmes. Led a Batching Problem Solving Team to develop a batching strategy for delivering maximum efficiency across the whole STW business.• Represented Supply Chain Partners in the development of the STW AMP6 performance metrics.
