Supporting employee engagement through on-boarding processes e.g. contract renewals, visas etc… Responsible for UAE support staff and PRO.• Liaison for Middle and Far East professional intermediaries. Maintenance and reporting on regional MI for board meetings. • Managing a book of High Net Worth Private Clients.• Front office stakeholder for driving change in the wider business across all jurisdictions, planning and implementing process improvements to drive efficiencies.

• Source new business opportunities through networking and customer referrals to provide new sources of revenue• Cross selling, providing quality referrals to key parts of the business• Promote the brand within the local and wider community through attending events and functions
