• I am responsible for various accounts in the Professional Risk division from notification until finality and handle all aspects which include negotiating with the market and communicating directly with the client and or Assured.• Processing claims on a daily basis via ECF. • I also manage several Canadian accounts which are handled via Lineage, this includes production of statistics and reports. • Track all file movements using internal tracking system.• Client visits and involvement in pre renewal meetings.• Review client application, policy language and produce statistic presentations for renewal process

• I was responsible for multiple classes working in a broking and technical role and producing statistical presentations, this included exposure in, PI, D&O, Property & Casualty, Seedsman’s, Special Contingency, Accident & Health on a direct and reinsurance basis mainly focused in the US. The risks were placed in various manners including, open market, binding authorities and treaty’s.• Managing and processing claims from start to completion.
