With over 25 years of experience in the property claims industry, I am a director at Property Claims Loss Assessors UK, a leading firm that provides independent and professional advice and support to policyholders who have suffered a loss or damage to their property. I have a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, and I use my knowledge and skills to assess the extent and cause of the damage, negotiate with insurers and contractors, and ensure that the claims are settled fairly and efficiently. I have also worked as a loss assessor at Property Claims Direct Ltd. for eight years, where I handled a variety of claims, from fire and flood to subsidence and theft. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in my work. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of loss assessors, surveyors, engineers, and solicitors, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to improve my performance and outcomes. My goal is to help policyholders recover from their losses and restore their properties to their pre-loss condition.
