I oversee and manage the Walter Bat Company as a whole. I am in charge of bat production, sales, customer service, purchasing, website maintenance, and general management of the workshop. I also manage the Walter Bat Training Center by way of handling scheduling, staff supervision, facility maintenance, and interfacing with customers and coaches directly. I'm your guy for anything Walter Bat.

I have been producing music for over 4 years. I am proficient in FL Studio, and am able to record, mix, and master all the music I make entirely independently. I have released dozens of songs on all streaming platforms. I have produced for and worked with other local musicians and have executively produced multiple projects, both for myself and others.

As a Site Director at the Boys and Girls Club, I was in charge of planning and implementing programming for our Kindergarten population. I worked directly with children and ensured their safety and well-being, as well as oversaw the general operations of the program, including supervising multiple other staff members.

As a licensed ABA Therapist, I was tasked with providing one-on-one in-home therapy services toindividuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. The children I worked with in this role ranged in age from5-12 years old, and their behaviors ranged from very mild problems surrounding social norms to thingssuch as kicking, hitting, and self-injurious behavior. My responsibilities included ensuring the safety of myclients at all times, using my extensive training to work with them to redirect their problematic behaviors,and giving them the skills and tools to replace those problematic behaviors with healthier and moresocially acceptable ones. I was responsible for collecting and recording data about these behaviors, aswell as documenting everything that was being done to redirect them. It was just as crucial to collect andrecord data points regarding their education and behavioral improvement as well, so that my supervisor,a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, could continue to develop programs specific to each child and theirindividual progress. In this role, where I was working within the home of my clients, it was just as crucialto develop a strong relationship with the families of my clients as well as the clients themselves. Involving them in the process and educating them on our processes to ensure consistent care was vital to the successes of our clients.

As a Behavioral Health Service Coordinator, I was tasked with speaking on the phone and relayinginformation to members and behavioral health providers affiliated with Tufts Health Plan. This positionrequired extensive knowledge of insurance as a whole as well as policies and workflows that are specificto Tufts Health Plan. Being patient, remaining calm under pressure, and being an extremely effectivecommunicator were of huge importance in this role.
