I am passionate about education and learning and especially in ways to innovate and redesign education to be more effective. I have a background in eLearning, design and development and in using scenario design, and animation to make online training more interesting and engaging.I have had over 20 years experience in facilitation, teaching and training. I have worked in both private and government organisations. I have had experience in designing, presenting and assessing course material and in training diverse clients in aspects of communication and training and assessing in both technical and soft skills. I have worked in the various government departments as a contractor in numerous projects both delivering training and designing and building courseware. I have also had dealings with clients such as Defence and TAMS as a consultant teaching business and communication skills.In working both within government and private organisations, I have had experience planning and developing curriculums, researching and constructing materials as well as designing activities in both traditional and flexible approaches to enhance the learning environment.
