For over two decades I have worked as a strategist in the Mid-South region seeking to read and interpret culture. In this capacity I have served as a consultant to individuals, groups, and organizations to facilitate culturally diverse peoples into cohesive working relationships. My passion in this work is driven by a tremendous and ongoing need for finding and developing bridges of reconciliation and progress toward the future.Specialties: My strengths revolve around my ability to penetrate, assimilate, and analyze the core values, realities, and mores [behavioral patterns] of any particular peoples in their overall sociological milieu. Reading another’s culture involves identifying and delineating the world view[s] for each particular people group or sub culture. This of necessity involves doing the prerequisite quantitative and qualitative analysis of gathered data, ordering it in such a fashion that is of value to others.
