Sr. Manager Of Market Research
Current- Oversee all market research for an international association. Manage and execute the Member Experience program, including survey research projects on topics such as membership satisfaction, conference satisfaction.
- Conduct industry research, including the Golf Course Superintendent Profile survey, Compensation & Benefits survey, Environmental Profile Surveys and Operational & Financial benchmarking surveys.
- Manage the Superintendent Research Panel, a nationwide group of 1,500 golf course superintendents. Work with clients such as Toro and John Deere to develop and administer surveys to the Superintendent Research Panel..
- Develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns to meet marketing objectives. Review and analyze marketing campaign success.
