Serve as Operations Manager and Process Engineer for a plastics manufacturer that produces urethane, compression molded, and rubber injection molded seals, and other various custom molded parts. Directly manage 30+ molding operators, quality inspectors, supervisors, setup technicians, materials handlers and warehouse staff.
