Supervised repair technicians, marketed repair services, developed new website and database for a high-tech servomotor repair facility servicing the computer numerically controlled (CNC) and robotic industries. Tested electromechanical devices using oscilloscopes, power supplies and digital voltmeters. Conducted high-voltage leak tests and re-magnetized permanent magnets. Provided technical support and customer service. Daily interface with customers, troubleshot servo-mechanical equipment, solved problems, gained customers and resolved complaints. Developed and implemented an aggressive growth plan that clearly identified the target market, highlighted our competitive advantage, vastly improved name recognition, and increased sales by over 40% in 18 months.Designed and developed an Access database that improved management oversight, consolidated technical data, streamlined the repair process and increased productivity by 18%. Flew T-38 as an instructor pilot part time from June 2000 until June 2003.

Responsible for the overall safety of Air Education and Training Command’s busiest T-38 traffic pattern operations and supporting facilities. Managed military airspace, addressed noise complaints, conducted on-site inspections of civilian FBOs to ensure compliance, and conducted routine safety flights in low-level corridors to plot undocumented towers. Undergraduate pilot training at Laughlin AFB. Flew the T-37 Tweet and T-38 Talon. One-year training program consisting of contact, two and four-ship formation, single-ship and 2-ship low level and instrument/cross-country navigation.Lead-in to Fighter Training at Holloman AFB. Flew the AT-38B. Three-month training program teaching fighter employment and tactics. Sorties consisted of offensive & defensive basic fighter maneuvers and weapons employment tactics. Land, water and resistance training. Training consisted of all-weather land and water survival as well as escape/evasion and methods of dealing with and resisting combatants and terrorist.

Repaired servomotors, performed various machine shop duties including lathe/milling machine operations and light welding. Troubleshot and repaired servomotors - complete disassembly, repair and reassembly. Evaluated servo devices: back electromotive force, high-voltage leak tests, resolver/encoder commutation and feedback, raw data interpretation using oscilloscope, soldering, re-magnetizing, balancing, tolerance measurement, performance testing, wiring harness replacement, and light circuit board repair to component level.

Daily interface with customers. Assisted customers in resolving delinquent accounts. Located and repossessed vehicles.
