My responsibilities include: - Marketing the company’s products and solutions in order to generate revenue and increase the market share for the organization.- Planning, developing and implementing the company’s go-to-market and sales strategies and programs, including product advertising/promotion, telemarketing, e-commerce marketing, specific product/product line marketing and multiple channel programs. - Planning, developing and coordinating all internal and external communications programs- Building awareness of our product offerings in all key segments- Creating content, setting style and supporting all company websites- Assessing, analyzing and maintaining the supply to demand ratio

As part of the Outdoor Adventures team, I was responsible for the concept, development, execution and cross functional alignment of marketing campaigns and programs to meet the business objectives across North America. My responsibilities included: - Drive sales and product satisfaction by planning and executing campaigns across various consumer touch points. - Provide input to Social, Email, Retail, and other marketing groups to support and execute campaigns- Plan, execute and the performance of campaigns to support execution of larger multi-region campaigns supported by headquarters.
