Setup manufacturing plant and processes for Production Chemcials to be able to meet demand for 40+ field sales districts. Revised and managed manufacturing and distribution operations and processes to account for raw materials and finished goods during the new ERP system implementation. Managed safety, waste inventory, stocked inventory and reworked off spec materials while ramping up production to meet demand for growing economy. Worked with sister plant to consolidate successfully to maximize efficiencies, utilizing labor and equipment during the consolidation.

Responsible for safety and operations of nine Completions facilities in the newly formed Rockwater Energy Services, companywide including manufacturing, inventory control and distribution. Moved manufactured products where most efficient and logical for cost savings.

Managed three manufacturing plants at the facility including operations and inventory control. Responsible for stocking raw materials and finished goods to meet demand during a growing economy.

Moved into responsibilites as Liquid Blending Supervisor after working in the Liquid Blending and Dry Blending departments of the original Chemcial Blending Services company. Helped build the Slurry Plant, the Liquid Blending Plant and worked with the teams who developed the product formulations and processes in the plant. This was a ground up job where every man contributed to the success of the company.
