We were able to reduce errors by continually verifying every detail of every order. I initiated talks with new vendors in various cities throughout the country to continue to grow our national brand. While we are without any vehicles of our own, we were able to grow our company into a $3 million dollar a year company by holding our vendors to one of the highest quality standards in the industry. I developed our policies and procedures statement and make sure that our vendors adhere to our very strict demands. I negotiate costs with our vendors to help determine our rates not only to remain competitive, but also profitable. I have increased our performance to 99.75% incident free performance. I have increased our gross profit from 29.4% to 33.6% with our consistent service metrics. I worked closely with other business owners both as clients and partners establishing a mutually beneficial relationship. I reduced turnover, thus creating a more reliable company with very knowledgeable employees. I reviewed our revenue versus cost report weekly to determine areas of weakness and strength. I was directly responsible for the accountability of not only our own staff, but to that of our affiliates as well.
