While we are without any vehicles of our own, we were able to grow our company into a $3 million dollar a year company by holding our vendors to one of the highest quality standards in the industry. I developed our policies and procedures statement and make sure that our vendors adhere to our very strict demands. I negotiate costs with our vendors to help determine our rates not only to remain competitive, but also profitable. I have increased our performance to 99.75% incident free performance. I have increased our gross profit from 29.4% to 33.6% with our consistent service metrics. I worked closely with other business owners both as clients and partners establishing a mutually beneficial relationship.
