Passionate about learning and developing people, much of Greg’s career has reflected his commitment to building both individual and organisational capability. Having started his career as a secondary school teacher, Greg moved into the organisational learning and development field when he joined the Australian Red Cross Blood Service – Victoria in 1994. Before joining the Department of Transport in late 2008, Greg worked in a range of management, organisational development and learning and development roles. This experience primarily spans the public and not-for-profit sectors. including several Victorian government departments (Premier and Cabinet, Primary Industries, Transport), the Office of Public Employment, Film Victoria and the Australian Institute of Architects.Specialties: Greg's organisational development experience includes strategy development, team building, values implementation, reward and recognition, feedback, change management, performance management, executive development and learning and development. He also brings experience in strategic business planning and contract management, as well as an understanding of Victorian Public Service processes and practices.
