Reporting to the MOD Enterprise Data Warehouse Business Capability Manager (B2), responsible for embedding 39 agreements between the EDW and the source data feeds, as part of a £8,000,000 programme. The agreements form a vital platform to drive further changes required to stabilise all available data, prior to exploitation by MOD Business Services. Required to quickly absorb, understand & formulate plans with regard to complex data models and architecture to facilitate strong, reliable interfaces to satisfy end user requirements, prior to writing and then placing the agreement. Also required to communicate at all levels between EDW, MOD Business Services, all Data feeds & a further commercial partner, in providing detailed agreement information, project budget, progress & timescales.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director in formulating and then implementing a project plan to ascertain the severity, effect & magnitude, then manage the issues and implications of 500 failed units in the field, total value £100k. Then to embed procedures to safeguard production processes for the future.
