• Ensuring the proper coil is placed on the un-coiler for processing.• Setting up the slitter underarms and over arms.• Feeding up coils from un-coiler to re-coiler.• Tying up the scrap in the scrap winders.• Record measured sizes on prescribed paperwork i.e. measure final cut sizes (double verification).• Safely secure the cuts into the Re-coiler.

• Secure coils around the circumference on the re-coiler with proper bands.• Remove steel from the re-coiler using the buggy.• Package coils based on Customer Specs from work orders.• Papering the skids and spacers and maintaining the carpet boards.
