Began career as an Inside Sales Consultant for the ADT business. After 4 months as a top performer, I was promoted to a trainer role. • Created a solid 7-year track record of producing high performing sales agents. • Promoted to Senior Trainer, where I was responsible for promoting, training and managing other trainers. Launched business partnerships across the security, telco, small business and government landscapes, working with companies such as: ADT, LifeShield, American Express Open, Protection 1, Verizon, AT&T, DirecTV, AvidXchange, LifeLock and the United States Postal Service. I was considered the go-to trainer for creating and delivering innovative curricula.

Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area

Direct sales and sales training of AT&T’s launch of U-verse for their Alliance Partner, Energy Marketing Service.  Began in sales and was quickly promoted a team manager position. Recruited, trained and managed a team of door-to-door sales agents. Managed the Lansing, MI sales office from its opening in January through May.  Re-launched EMS office in Charlotte, NC in June, before the company shut down in late July.

Began as a retail sales person. After 9 months of high sales performance I was promoted to Store Manager of their flagship store (60 employees). During my 4 years at the helm, Classic Stereo & Video achieved AudioVideo International's prestigious "Best Audio/Video Store in America" and was in the Top 10 all other years.Became the Marketing Director and created an in-house ad agency. Was responsible for creating and managing all advertising and marketing for this retail consumer electronics chain until it closed its door in 2008. Duties included: All design, layout and copy writing for direct mail catalogs, newspaper and magazine advertising, direct mail fliers and postcards, in-store point-of-purchase materials, signs and banners, and all business forms. Website design and copy writing Radio and Television spot production Created new logo designs for Classic Stereo & Video, as well as its two subsidiaries: Classic Home Installation and Classic Sound & Speed
