Facilitate and co-chair residual activities program teams for the transition of ADD Dallas Manufacturing operations. These teams are responsible for transitioning instrument manufacturing, planning, purchasing, warehousing and IQA functions to a third party manufacturing company and Abbott affiliates.

Manage three department budgets and supervise 12 indirect/direct employees. This team receives, un-assembles, cleans & decontaminates, stocks and ships 15,000 (yr) medical type items to production refurbishment areas, suppliers, and offshore production facilities.
