In these roles I have been required to: support current business processes; work with business analysts and users to identify potential areas of system improvement; provide technical solutions to solve current or emerging issues; work with business representatives to identify, design, develop and implement new system functionality; provide input into organisational IT and business processes; provide release management and coordination; work with other technical teams with in the organisation; work with external organisationsI also have over 5 years experience as a secondary school teacher. I feel that this experience has also been very beneficial in my IT profession in terms of communication with all types of stakeholders(technical, non-technical, business, management, vendors, external).What personal attributes will I bring to your team• I develop, manage and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the organisation, external vendors and other external organisations.• I have experience in writing both technical and functional documentation for: system design plus support processes; • I can develop collaborative working relationships between parties from different backgrounds, to achieve a mutual outcome.• I can develop a functional knowledge of different systems in a short period of time.• With a focus on support, and utilising previous experiences and training, I look for and can identify areas and ways in which my team can provide enhancements to system processes.• I communicate clearly and simply to people of all backgrounds using simple English.
