Always working to do the right thing for my employer and those that work with me. My time in different roles has helped me to see business for the amazing interdependent system life is. In engineering the ability to make things and solve problems rings true to my personality and desire to create. Purchasing allowed me the pleasure of meeting people from all over the world in all facets of manufacturing. My time in Supplier Development/Quality enhanced my scope and understanding of processing even further. I started my career in NVH Engineering and was fortunate to be taught to think about the broad implications, minute details, puzzling the pieces together, never to fear asking why/how, and trusting my instincts to invent/figure out new methods. I am a mechanical engineer by degree, with broad testing, process, partnership, and product/program development background. I've a wide array of experience with materials: casting, machining, assembly, forming, forging, heading, etc. My auditing experience has made me able to work on improving systems big and small while integrating them and making them more lean. Lots of experience with design for manufacturing, lean initiatives, continuous improvement process (CIP), and associated techniques. I'm an expert problem solver due to my ability to put together all the intricacies from both the endemic and systemic sides. My passion design for manufacturing and functional excellence have led to great improvements for the companies I have worked for and with.
