Utilities Project at PetroRabigh, Aramco / Sumitomo JV Total value U$10 billion Full refinery, chemical, plastics complex complete with power generation, desalination, HP steam, ship docks and product loading facilities. Responsible for managing the all utilities and interconnecting facilities and interfacing with a field office of 210 personnel of project controls, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning disciplines. Managing a Multinational workforce comprising Turkish companies as main contractors, contractors’ personnel of 6500. One of the key improvements of the project is that the project progress improved from 0.55% up to 2.0% per week. Initiated a Safety initiative and implemented it. Successfully completed handover and commissioning.
