My responsibilities have typically spanned the end-to-end supply chain (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, engineering, etc.) however manufacturing operations has always been my signature strength.I have a passion for driving operational improvement through employee alignment and engagement across the supply chain and cross functionally. I have been on a serious lean learning journey for 20+ years and I derive great personal satisfaction in helping people and teams unlock human potential.
