Provide functional support and leadership for manufacturing operations and supply chain activities around the world. Husky is the world’s largest brand name supplier of manufacturing solutions, including tooling, systems and services. With more than 40 service and sales offices and employing approximately 4,000 people worldwide, Husky supports customers in over 100 countries. Lead the end-to-end supply chain activities at Kennametal – which includes 49 manufacturing plants and 10 distribution centers around the world. Purchasing, operational excellence, EHS, and developing global supply chain strategies for the corporation. The company serves customers in 60 countries across diverse sectors of aerospace, earthworks, energy, industrial production, transportation and infrastructure development. With approximately 14,000 employees and $3 billion in sales, the company realizes half of its revenue from outside North America, and 40% globally from innovations introduced in the past five years. Provided operations leadership for 12,000 team members in plants across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Initiated a lean operating system to improve service and reduce costs across the network. Oversaw the successful integration of 4 acquisitions and the associated manufacturing and supply chains. Sensata manufacturers more than 16,000 products and ships over 1 billion devices annually.

Provide supply chain and operations support for Apollo's portfolio companies. Work with Portfolio leaders and Private Equity partners to assess and execute supply chain strategies from due diligence through exit.

Overall responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain function for the $12B corporation reporting to the CEO. Provided oversight for the manufacturing, logistics, procurement, engineering, quality functions. Provided leadership for regional SVP and VPs and 9300 supply chain employees across 105 manufacturing facilities and 300+ distribution facilities in 40+ countries.Led the global supply chain integration and synergy delivery following largest merger in company history. Established standard global performance metrics and initiated lean operating system. Initiated a social collaboration system to dramatically enhance global communication and best practice sharing.

Led the Supply Chain and Operations function for the $6B corporation reporting to the CEO. Provided oversight for supply chain operations, talent development and functional development across 75 plants and 100 distribution centers in 30+ countries. Oversaw post-merger integration and supply chain rationalization efforts across Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America. Led corporate-wide efforts to improve results in safety, service and quality globally. Ensured the annual delivery of cost savings, cycle time and working capital reduction targets. Additionally, led the Enterprise Lean Sigma program office to improve performance across all functions and regions for the all 27,000 employees in 40+ countries. Recognized by Industry Week as having one of the 10 Best Plants in North America.

Led supply chain activities for various divisional or regions. Provided direct line oversight for manufacturing, planning, engineering, distribution logistics, quality and talent with the division. Developed supply chain strategies to meet customer and consumer needs. Oversaw product development and commercialization of multiple product lines and brands. Consistently over-delivered service, quality and cost targets.
