Currently the Human Performance Lead for the station and have been involved with the STARS HU Team. Additionally, I am responsible for culture initiatives related to Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. Major activities include: transition to a Constructive Culture Led by Servant-Leaders; team lead for Nuclear Safety Culture Survey response plan; coach executives on issues from various surveys including Human Synergistics LSI, OCI, Safety Conscious Work Environment, and Nuclear Safety Culture Survey; develop Servant-Leader Training; conduct training on Lean Manufacturing tools; support Operating System initiatives. Previous roles in Performance Improvement include; I have been the Self-Assessment and Benchmarking coordinator for Comanche Peak. I served as an officer on the Self-Assessment Users Group (SAUG) and was the sub-committee chair for the training sub-committee. I have been the CDE coordinator responsible for data submittal and resolution to INPO/WANO. I maintained a matrix of PIC (Plant Information Center) indicators for the site.
