With the extensive training and 35 years experience I have been involved in some complex transactions and have been called on for special valuations and search situation for Law Firms, Banks, Trust Departments, Estates, Investors and Corporate Relocations.I am specially trained in distressed properties or short sales. My Distressed Properties Group consists of Law, accounting and Title All experts in the area of Loan Modification, Short Sales and stopping Foreclosure. Helping people keep there homes and save their credit.We still handle normal sales of course. 35 years experience doing so it just helps to be trained in the present market conditions and how to help with those specialties as well.
