Led a molecular biology group at a stealth mode company founded out of 5AM Ventures named Seeker Biologics, which was focused on developing synthetic biology tools to enable a high throughput antibody discovery platform. I directly managed a Senior RA, as well as mentored researchers at various levels to accomplish this work, which involved development of a pipeline for high throughput plasmid assembly of antibody libraries using Golden Gate Assembly; mammalian strain engineering (e.g., stable cell line generation using CRISPR/Cas9); development of a computational pipeline for automated oligo design and in silico plasmid assembly of antibody libraries using Python; Next Generation Sequencing; use of liquid handling devices to enable high throughput engineering capabilities.
