Canterbury College is a student residence that provides housing and a community atmosphere to University of Windsor Students. The Head of College is a liaison between the residents and board of directors. As the Head of College I was responsible for resolving student conflicts, organizing events, managing the Heads of Houses and running intramural sports teams. The position was a great opportunity for me to grow my interpersonal skills and develop a managerial acumen. Finally, I was able to enjoy and experience new cultures as the College hosts a great number of exchange students from around the world.
