I coach buyers and sellers through one of life's big decisions, whether it's 'first-sizing,' upsizing or downsizing their their homes and choosing different lifestyles and communities. As a strong believer of community development and participation, in 2018 & 2022 I accepted the role as Board Chair of the Board of Managers of the Somerset Hills YMCA. As former co-chair of our Cultural Engagement committee, I helped members and neighbors from coming from other countries and cultures know that they are welcomed and appreciated at the YMCA. I also raise money for our Y to subsidize fully or partially free memberships, programs and services including summer camp scholarships and special needs programs. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay. Formerly a builder and leader of sales teams, primarily in Internet technology (including 'internet' services well before there was an internet) I am a happy entrepreneur working without a net - and loving it. I draw energy from working with people and gain satisfaction from helping them achieve their dreams in home ownership. May we talk about your objectives and goals?
