CurrentWiese USA is the largest Caterpillar Lift Truck Dealer in North America generating $250 million + in annual revenue. I have P&L Responsibility for a $40 million + New Equipment Department for Wiese’s Central Region with eleven Territory Sales Manager direct reports. Originally I was hired as the Supply Center Manager for Alside’s Kansas City start-up operation. After transferring back to the Dallas & Fort Worth, TX area I was responsible for P&L performance of the operation, a staff of six people and my own sales territory. Increased sales from $1.1 million in 1998 to $2.5 million in 1997 with profitability occurring within eighteen months of opening. Combined operations improved from $2.5 million in sales generating $460,000 in gross profit in 1997 to $3.7 million in sales generating $700,000 gross profit in 1998. Was also responsible for all marketing efforts for Alside in Dallas and Fort Worth including writing print ads and editorials for Builder/Architect Magazine, writing and producing eleven radio commercials for Alside on KLIF AM570 radio. I was a regularly featured guest on “The Home Show” on KLIF radio.

Was responsible for building material commodity sales supporting five Distribution Centers in PrimeSource’s Gulf Region. Based in Dallas, I supported the roofing, gypsum and insulation commodity sales for PrimeSource’s branches in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi. Sales increased from $880,000 in 1993 to $3.2 million in 1994 to $8.1 million in 1995.
