Greater Denver Area

Served as Chief of Staff; designed and implimented a comprehensive development program for Major Donors and Sustained Giving Partners; and served as an executive director on the Promise Keeper Program Team.

Primary responsibilities were to to pioneer a Major Donor campaign and develop strategic initiatives to cultivate new and existing donors for the organization. Designed and produced 15 donor/ministry events; launched five new strategic funding initiatives (Foundations, Planned Gifts Program, Alumni Resourcing, General Fund Campaign and Field Projects) and established a comprehensive cultivation strategy to generate new income streams for the mission and our missionaries.

Primary responsibilities were to cultivate significant partnerships for the organization; develop creative funding programs, events and campaigns; manage a "relationship caseload" of about 500 major donors and served as the "Team Leader" for three Western State Directors.

Responsible for all event logistics, volunteer coordination, program requirements and travel for Promise Keepers speakers, musicians and VIP Guests for National Stadium Events.
