"Fake it til U make it." My business mentors/coaches/lecturers keep telling me this. SCREW THAT.I'm running a real estate investing business and I want to run it in a way that helps people. I AIN'T FAKIN' NUTHIN!HERE'S WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: 1)IF you sold a house/your house and had to take back owner financing ... and you'd rather have cash...I'm buying notes! 2)IF you NEED to sell your house/a house...I will buy your house even if it's a piece of crap...IF I can make money on it. 3)IF you need to get rid of your house because your finances got screwed up...I know some creative ways that might help you get out of your house. KNOW THIS:1)I'm trying to make money AND I want to do deals that help us BOTH! If I can't help your situation as I make money on the deal...Let's NOT do the deal. I'm not trying to screw anyone over. 2)IF you are sinking in financial quicksand...I WILL NOT jump in to replace you. IF I can pull you out and we can EACH improve our situation...I want to help.
