• Served as the Senior Medical Consultant overseeing 12 front-line supervisors; Advised Special Operations teams and partner force leadership on the planning and execution of operations in support of over 200 international missions while also providing medical logistic support, personnel management, and mentorship. • Provided emergency, routine, and long-term medical care for operational teams and indigenous populations; built and managed US Military Role I medical facilities that treated over 500 patients while also overseeing 3 indigenous clinics and 30 additional medical personnel• Assessed the capabilities of over 20 hospitals throughout Eastern Europe in order to develop emergency medical plans for U.S. Service Members; successfully influenced approval from C-Level executives and was assigned to oversee validation exercises for each facility as the Project Manager• Served as the primary instructor for teaching, advising, and assisting hundreds of personnel in skills on medical tactics, procedures, ethics, accountability, and ensuring effective command structure; Developed, implemented, and led the Tactical Combat Casualty Course currently being ran in 6 different Special Operations units throughout Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

• Serve as a consultant to Surgeon’s and Healthcare facilities by educating key stakeholders on the cost benefits and performance advantages of over 10 different medical devices; act as a liason between consumers, marketing, operations and product development teams to communicate product improvement ideas and extend the product life-cycle. • Leverage business analytics to identify areas of opportunities, develop territory business plans, and proactively solve logistics problems; strategic efforts helped enable 4 of 7 Territory Business Manager’s to finish in the Top 20 of the Advanced Surgery Division • Currently ranked #2 (of 26) Associate Sales Representative in percent to quota at 118% in 2020
