I was responsible for motivating a team of managers and analysts to achieve revenue and inventory targets as well as other key performance metrics. The team was also responsible for delivering annual productivity savings using lean six sigma principles.

I worked closely with sales, service, supply chain, finance and credit to ensure that revenue and profit targets were met.
