For over 40 years I honed my skills, serving faithfully and successfully at my alma mater in increasingly complex and expansive roles. Now I'm utilizing those skills as a consultant. In addition to my expertise on enrollment and intercollegiate athletics, I care deeply about staff development, training and supporting entry-level professionals as well as mid-level managers, and mentoring both men and women.
