Current- Direct technical approach and solution methodology for new development and current capability work efforts for both external and internal customers- Manage new and advanced technology and capability development efforts from Customer Inquiry through Final Invoice- Evaluate government research funding opportunities for small business, determine opportunities which fit the companies skill set, write and manage awarded proposals - ISO Management Representative, responsible for leading the ISO Quality system efforts and determining the approach and methodology to quality related issues- Assist in managing the business financial flow and EBITDA through new opportunity and customer discovery, critical path problem solving, work effort emphasis and customer management- Represent the company at trade shows, handle new customer interactions and facility visits to showcase and promote the company as a creative technical solution provider
