In this role, one of my key tasks is to lead team of field service engineers and deliver training to meet high company's standards after evaluating training requirements and developing new Business Process.I have Conducted detailed training with our equipment to our customers and distributors.I also ensure completion of operations and timely proactive and reactive repair of equipment by managing a team of field service engineers.It is me who prepare team performance reports and support technical manager regarding complaints to examine potential growth of company.Furthermore, I provide technical support to field engineers and service desk. Meanwhile, I analyse existing and pending workload and assign resources accordingly.I achieved the following:• Conducted field audits, quality and spare parts stock checks for engineers to improve efficiency of processes.• Assisted in creating new coffee equipment through examination of industry prototypes.• Achieved lowest repeat call rate and highest service-level agreement (SLA) within UK.

Here, I conducted yearly boiler inspections in compliance with pressure systems safety regulations (PSSR 2000).It is worth mentioning that I assembled broad range of Cimbali, Casadio, Faema, Bunn, and Marco coffee machines, as well as complete preventative maintenance and update software for smooth working of equipment.Moreover, I resolved mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic issues of equipment at client’s place.Key Achievements:• Promoted to lead field service engineer and technical team leader in 2016, managed several projects, and trained new engineers in field.• Recognised for acquiring experience in wide range of gear / equipment.
